A question to ask yourself is, if statins reduced heart disease, then why has heart disease soared to epidemic proportions year afte year. Much is now available in science that inflammation causes heart disease. A Google search will return much information to help you.

How much is the book? I am on a very limited income, but my heart is really showing me problems. So I am sure the book would be of great interest to myself, and even my Doctor.

Thank you – I have a question though. I’m confused as to the difference in approach between your ideas and those of Dr. Esselstyn. Why the difference? It’a a big difference – no oil! Why should I follow Dr. Lundell’s recommendations or Dr. Esselstyn’s. This is my health and life here, it’s important! And now I find a difference in opinion in that I would say is the “cholesterol is not the problem” camp. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

i just had open heart surgery and quit smoking taken red meat out of my diet and take zetia lipator and plavix and a few others and i went back to get 2 stents placed and they said i was 70 % blocked already in the area they did the double bypass is that possible?? please let me know thanks jennifer
